The Trade Fraud Task Force (TFTF), a collaborative effort between the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has made significant strides since its inception in August 2025.
In less than a year, the task force has surpassed $1 billion in civil and criminal recoveries, including penalties and forfeitures, showcasing its effectiveness in combating trade fraud.
